The Co Bo Temple is located at the confluence of rivers, in Ha Son commune, Ha Trung district (Thanh Hoa). It is a sacred temple, bordered by five districts, and is often described by the locals with the saying "when a rooster crows, five districts can hear it." The Co Bo Temple is part of the complex of the Han Son Temple, situated at the boundary between five districts: Ha Trung, Hoang Hoa, Hau Loc, Vinh Loc and Yen Dinh. The Han Son Temple festival takes place every year in the sixth lunar month. June 12th is the main day of the festival, when the locals usually hold a procession to carry the "shadow of Co Bo" from the Co Bo Temple to the Third Deity Temple at Han Son to pay tribute. The Co Bo Temple is known for its picturesque landscape, a place where nature and spirituality blend harmoniously.
