Tang Phuc Pagoda (Dong Cuong Ward, Thanh Hoa City) is known for its beautiful location and unique architecture, a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity. Built during the Tran Dynasty on the Ma River dike near the ancient Thieu Duong citadel, due to the impact of natural conditions, the dike collapsed many times. During the Nguyen Dynasty, Tang Phuc Pagoda was moved to Hac Oa village, Dong Son district, now Dong Cuong ward, Thanh Hoa city. Tang Phuc Pagoda was built in the traditional Vietnamese architectural style, with a solid ironwood structure. The pagoda has an ancient and majestic beauty. In particular, the roof is covered with curved tiles, creating a unique and different beauty. Inside the temple, the statues are solemnly arranged, each statue has its own meaning and value. The arrangement between these statues creates a pure and sacred spiritual space. The pagoda holds many festivals on major Buddhist holidays, attracting a large number of Buddhists and local people to participate.
