Located 80 km to the west of Thanh Hoa City, in Ngoc Village, Cam Luong Commune, Cam Thuy District, the Fish Stream flows from a large cave in the Bo Um mountain. Inside the cave, there is a stream with fish as large as 20-30 kg each, with scales that shimmer in red and gold. About 150 meters from the cave's entrance, the water is crystal clear, with pebbles sparkling under the sunlight like precious gems.

The fish in this sacred stream number in the thousands, varying in size from 2 kg to 8 kg. The shapes and colors of these fish are quite unusual, with hues of black, green, pink, and more. As they swim, their bodies glow in many colors, shimmering with a beautiful silver light. Visitors can gently touch these sacred fish in the water. Despite the dense population of fish, the stream's water never smells. The locals often cook using the water from this stream.
