Vich Pagoda, located in Ngu Loc Commune, Hau Loc District, Thanh Hoa Province, is a cultural and historical relic of great significance in the spiritual life of local people. Built a long time ago, the pagoda bears the mark of traditional Vietnamese architecture with curved tiled roofs, elaborately carved pillars and beams, and a peaceful, serene space.

The pagoda was built in the early 13th century, initially with bamboo and thatch, so it burned down many times. During the reign of King Tran Nghe Tong (1370-1372), Vich Pagoda was rebuilt with bricks and tiles. The pagoda was built in a spacious manner during the reign of King Le Thanh Tong (1460-1497). During the years 1936-1938, the pagoda was also a place to live and hide revolutionary activists such as Dinh Chuong Duong and key Party cadres who were involved in secret activities such as Le Chu, Bui Dat, To Huu, Trinh Hong Que, etc. and a place to print and store important documents of the revolution.
